One person, even on three devices
RKR OmniCRM links each customer’s phone, computer and tablet into a single profile when they log in, buy or click a link in an email. That way their history is complete, recommendations hit the mark and message caps apply per person, not per device.
Everything lives in your PrestaShop, compatible with versions 1.7.6 to 9: emails go out through your store’s mail, with no cost per send, and we respect the marketing consent from your cookie banner.

What people ask us first
Do I have to buy the module separately?
No. RKR OmniCRM is included in the service for as long as your subscription lasts, with its updates. We install and configure it ourselves.
What does my store need?
PrestaShop 1.7.6 to 9, a scheduled task (cron) every 5 minutes, which we’ll help you create, and an outgoing mail account set up in the store. For SMS or WhatsApp, an account with their provider.
Will anything be sent to my customers without me seeing it?
No. On installation, the module imports your customers and orders without sending a single message, and every automation is created paused. We switch it on with you once you’ve reviewed the copy.
Do I have to offer discounts?
No. The automations work without coupons; if you want to use them, you decide which ones, for whom and when they expire.
What about GDPR?
Tracking only turns on with the marketing consent from your cookie banner, every email includes one-click unsubscribe and the data never leaves your store. We tell you what to add to your privacy policy.
How is it different from Klaviyo or Connectif?
It does the essentials they do, including device linking, but inside your PrestaShop: you don’t pay per contact or per send, and the data is yours. Plus, you don’t run it: we do.
How do I know it’s working?
Every order that comes in after someone clicks or opens a message is attributed to that automation or campaign. We send you a report with sales, recovered carts and open and click rates.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Cancel whenever you like from your Rekire account. When you cancel, we stop managing it and remove the module; your customer data is still yours and, if you want it, we hand it over exported.
