Sentinel module - Telegram alerts for all website errors
It monitors your store and alerts you via Telegram when something goes wrong: PHP errors, 500 responses, JavaScript failures at checkout, and, above all, payments that don't result in an order.
You'll be notified before the customer, with all the necessary details to fix it. Compatible with PrestaShop 8.x 9.x.

The customer has paid. The order does not exist.
And you find out days later, through an angry email or when you balance your bank account. RKR Sentinel monitors the store and the payments, and tells you about it via Telegram in real time.
/ Payments, which is what costs money
Payment notifications are not grouped or silenced: each one represents a specific order with money involved. And an abandoned cart does not count as a payment attempt: only actually clicking the pay button counts.
/ Errors, with details of debug mode
PHP errors, exceptions, fatal errors, out-of-memory errors, timeouts, and 500 responses are sent to the chat along with the message, file and line number, code snippet, trace, URL, client or employee, cart information, and version details. Each error type can be sent to a different chat.
In the browser, it captures JavaScript errors from the checkout, including files that fail to load: a failed gateway script leaves the pay button dead without the server noticing.
Without filling up your phone
Each error is identified by its unique identifier: the first one triggers an immediate alert, and subsequent errors appear as "+N repetitions". There's a limit on the number of messages per hour, and once that limit is exceeded, only one summary is sent. You can mute the chat for a few hours and then unmute it.
Nothing goes to Telegram without first being sanitized : cards, IBANs, ID numbers, tokens, passwords, and emails are all masked. Payment monitoring requires a cron job every few minutes ; the URL, along with its token, appears in the settings.
