What it does for your store

  • Series by country and province Each invoice takes the series that corresponds to its billing address: for example, Peninsula and Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or foreign.
  • Or by customer group. If you prefer, the series depends on the customer group, to separate professionals and individuals.
  • Numbering with prefix and year Add the PrestaShop invoice prefix and year to the number, and reset the numbering every year if needed.
  • From the date you choose The new numbering is applied from a date, and a button serially numbers the invoices already issued since then.
  • The serial number is also in the PDF. The serial number appears on the invoice and gives the name to the PDF file you download.
  • List for your accounting firm. Filter invoices by series and dates, choose the columns (NIF, address, taxes, totals) and download them in CSV.
