Without seeing their account, cart, and addresses, you're either providing support blindly or constantly asking for their password. RKR Master Access lets you log in as them from the back office, securely and with registered credentials.

The "Login as…" button appears on the customer and order records, and the "Login as" option is available in the menu of each row in the customer and address listings. The store opens in a new tab, and your administrator session remains intact.
You see their cart, not yours.
Upon logging in, the customer's last actual shopping cart—the one that didn't result in an order—is loaded instead of the one your browser has open. If they don't have one, a clean cart is created in their name. Alternatively, you can configure it to always load a new, empty cart.

Accessing a customer's account involves processing their personal data: use it only for legitimate support purposes, inform your team that access is logged, and maintain this log in accordance with your data protection policy (GDPR). The buttons on the product pages use native hooks; the link in the listings depends on the PrestaShop listing layout, so this is the part to check if it doesn't appear in your version.
