Why did we create this module?

Primarily to offer you a convenient product download system, as the one that comes with PrestaShop by default is too confusing and has hidden content.
If you didn't add the product before the purchase, you couldn't access that virtual product, which made the process more difficult.

We didn't need it internally, but many businesses want to offer extra documentation to customers who have purchased a specific product, such as extended user guides, and that's why we designed this feature.

RKR My Downloads brings together in one panel all the downloadable products that each customer has purchased and allows you to attach manuals or files to any product, even physical ones , which only those who have purchased it will be able to download.

RKR My Downloads

Offer your customers a clear and professional download experience. This module brings together all the downloadable products they've purchased in a single panel within their customer account. And it goes a step further: it allows you to attach files—manuals, warranties, technical specifications, software—to any product, even physical ones , without converting it to a digital file. Only those who have purchased the product can download its files.

What wasn't possible in PrestaShop: attaching a download to a physical product, because a product is either virtual or physical, but not both. With RKR My Downloads, it is.

What's included

  • ✔ Download button on the product page, visible only to those who have purchased it.
