Let your customers choose the delivery day and time slot at checkout , with rules per carrier: minimum and maximum delivery times, weekends, cut-off time, and blocked days. Surcharges are a real line item on the order with VAT, the date appears on emails, invoices, and delivery notes, and you have a preparation schedule. The date is requested by the customer; the module does not notify the carrier. Rekire module, tested with real orders on PrestaShop 1.7.8 , 8.2, 9.0, and 9.2.

Compatible with PrestaShop 1.7.8 to 9.x.

Delivery date and window

Your customer wants to know when their order will arrive, and you want to know when you need to prepare it.

Without an agreed-upon date, the customer writes to ask, and you prepare blindly. RKR Delivery Date Pro adds a day and time slot selector per carrier to the checkout, along with your deadline rules, and gives you a schedule of what needs to be prepared each day.

23 topics
Visuals to make the selector fit your store, with editable colors and radius
6 languages
Spanish, English, French, Italian, German and Portuguese
1.7.8 → 9.x
a single version of the module, tested with real orders in 1.7.8 , 8.2, 9.0 and 9.2

The customer chooses, you set the rules

Date and time slot by carrier
Each carrier has its own rules. At pickup points, you can disable the date selector.
Terms tailored to your needs
First and last day that can be chosen, if it allows weekends and a cut-off time: after that time, the first available day is delayed.
Time slots with optional surcharge
Define the time slots you offer with each carrier, each with its surcharge if you wish to charge it.
Mandatory or optional date
If it's mandatory, you won't proceed to the submission step without selecting it, and the server will verify this. If it's optional, the list starts with "No preference," with no surcharge.

/ Days you don't deliver, blocked

Manually mark closed days, import them from a CSV file ( date; description ), or request local holidays from an AI. The AI is optional: you enter your own OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic key, view the list, and nothing is blocked until you apply it . Always compare holidays with the official calendar.

/ Surcharges that match the order

The carrier surcharge and the delivery zone surcharge are added together as a separate line item in the order, including VAT , and are visible in the shopping cart, order details, invoice, and credit notes. You choose the applicable tax. Customers who select "No preference" do not pay the surcharge.

The date, where you need it

For the customer
At checkout, you'll find the confirmation, your order details, and emails with your order reference.
For your team
Column in the order list and order details, where you can change it (changing it does not modify the amount charged).
For the warehouse
In the invoice and delivery note, and in a preparation schedule with status and link to each order, which is exported to CSV.
Statistics
Orders with date, next 7 and 30 days, surcharges charged, average lead time and charts by day, month, day of the week and carrier, without external services.

/ With your image and in your language

23 topics
Choose one and adjust the main color and radius. The CSS is generated for each store.
Import rules via CSV
Rules per carrier in a file ( id_carrier;min_days;max_days;surcharge;allow_weekend;active;cutoff ).
Multistore
Rules, time slots, blocked dates, theme and schedule by store.

What the module does and what you do. The date is a request from the client managing your store: the module doesn't connect with or notify carriers, and it doesn't guarantee delivery on that day. You prepare and deliver according to your schedule.

What you should know

Surcharges are written inclusive of taxes and in the store's default currency. The surcharge is based on a hidden product that the module creates and recreates if you delete it. There are no links to third-party services, except for the AI provider you choose if you use that feature. License AFL-3.0.

v1.1.0

Complete review of the 1.0.0 received.

Fixed

  • The surcharge took money off the order: it was a cart rule, and cart rules only discount. It is now a real order line with its VAT on cart, order, invoice and credit slip.
  • A customer who left the first date on the list got an order with no date.
  • Changing carrier did nothing: the checkout listener looked for a radio name that does not exist, so dates, slots and surcharge stayed those of the first carrier.
  • Order emails never carried the date (the hook was not registered and did not exist as written). They do now, HTML and text, in the language of the email.
  • Blocked dates failed with an SQL error: the description column was missing from the table.
  • Time slots could not be created at all: no screen, and a validation method that PrestaShop does not have.
  • Removing the demo deleted every rule and blocked date of the shop, and installing it wrote dates on real orders.
  • Opening the configuration tried to install the invoice override again, and that override clashed with any other module overriding the invoice. Invoices and delivery slips now use the PDF hooks.
  • The module rewrote the address table of the whole shop, and moved hidden back-office menu entries to the top level when repairing tabs. Both removed.
  • Editing a carrier lost its rules: rules and slots are now stored by carrier reference.
  • A date no longer valid (past day, another carrier, a date blocked later) stayed on the cart.
  • Statistics added up today's rule instead of what was charged, and measured the lead time from the wrong date.
  • Five CSS and JS files loaded on every page of the shop and the back office, with a one-second loop on the order list.

Security

  • The checkout endpoint checks the token of the session.
  • Actions of the panel check the View and Edit permissions of the employee profile.
  • AI keys no longer reach the page, the Gemini key no longer travels in the URL, requests have a timeout, and holiday names from the AI are shown as plain text.
  • CSV exports cannot carry spreadsheet formulas.

Added

  • Time slots per carrier in the panel, each with its optional surcharge.
  • "The customer must choose a date" option, enforced on the server. Without it, the list starts with "No preference", with no surcharge.
  • Per carrier: offer dates or not (pick-up points) and order cut-off time.
  • Date column in the order list, and the date editable from the order page.
  • Agenda: order status, link to the order and CSV export.
  • Theme files per shop in multistore.
  • Translations: Spanish, French, Italian, German and Portuguese.

Changed

  • License: AFL-3.0.
  • Uninstalling keeps the dates of past orders unless the option to delete them is on.
  • Removed the free-text AI "sandbox", whose apply button did nothing. The AI is used only to suggest holidays.
