And an assistant who only knows the total stock of the product can't answer that. Availability and Alternatives scrolls down to the specific combination and, if it's not available, suggests other options instead of closing the sale.

/ Answer the customer's real question
The customer types as they speak: "size 42", "M blue", "128 GB". The assistant searches for that combination and responds with the remaining units and their price. If the combination is out of stock but orders are accepted, it indicates this; and if the product has no variations, it responds with the available stock.

It's an add-on: it requires Rekire PrestaChat installed , and PHP 8.1 or higher. For the integration with the alternatives to also reach the client chat, PrestaChat version 1.4.5 or higher is required; with an earlier version, both tools function the same, but the wizard is guided only by its description.

getAllowedControllers), and from the subsequent correction, on all (['*']). - The module adds to the assistant's instructions also when serving customers in the store, not just in the back office.
