Sell on Vinted without selling the same thing twice.

If you sell clothes, shoes, or accessories in your store and on Vinted, sooner or later you'll sell the same item twice.

With two channels and only one piece, each sale requires remembering to remove it from the other. RKR Sync Vinted Pro List your products on Vinted Pro, keep your stock up to date in both directions, and remove the item from one channel as soon as it sells on the other.

Stock in both directions
A sale on Vinted reduces your store's stock only once, and a sale in your store removes the item from Vinted if it's out of stock.
Up to 100 items per call
Additions and removals are sent in batches, so that a large catalog doesn't take forever.
23 design themes
so that the module panel fits with the back-office you already use
1.7.8 → 9.2
a single version of the module for all your PrestaShop stores

/ One sale, one discount

Vinted sells individual items, and the module reflects this. When an item is sold on Vinted, your store's stock decreases. a unit, Although the news arrives through several channels at once (the sales notification, the order, and the periodic inquiry): the module records each item sold and does not deduct it twice.

Sold on Vinted
The store's stock goes down once, and if there are any units left, the next one is listed as a new item.
Sold in your store
The item is removed from Vinted when the remaining stock is insufficient. If you still have units available, keep the listing.
Cancelled on either side
The exact discounted stock is returned, only once, and the item is relisted.

/ Publish each garment by hand without manually editing it.

By ID or by entire category
In the Ads tab, you specify the products you want or choose a whole category and they are all queued.
One item per product or combination
Each size or variant can be its own item. Photos of the combination come first.
Title and description with templates, by language
You write the template once using bookmarks like {product}, , {brand} either {size} and the module populates it in each language. The description is edited with a visual editor.
Brand, size, color, condition, and package size
They are matched with Vinted's categories, sizes, and values in the Catalog and Mapping tab, with default values for anything you haven't entered.
Draft before publishing
If you prefer to review it before it goes live, you can publish it as a draft.

/ Vinted's prices don't necessarily have to be the same as your store's.

Part of your store's final price and apply an adjustment to percentage or in fixed amount. Then choose the rounding: .99, , .95, Round up to the nearest whole number. If your store doesn't sell in euros or pounds, the price is converted before rounding, so that 9.99 doesn't end up being 10.37.

Check out Vinted's official suggestion
Optionally, the module checks Vinted's suggested price for that category and condition, and doesn't let your price exceed the percentage you set above its maximum.
Manual price
If you set the price for a product, the adjustments won't affect it.

/ Synchronization that doesn't fall short

Signed Webhooks
You register the webhook from the Connection tab, and each Vinted ad is validated with your signature before being accepted. It's the fastest way: the ad is queued instantly.
Queue with retries and cron
If something fails, it's retried with increasing wait times. You schedule a cron job every 5 minutes, and the module empties the queue, collects new orders, and checks their status.
Reconciliation every hour
Once an hour, check that what is published on Vinted and what your store says match.
Shipping label in PDF
Download the shipping label for a Vinted order from the module.

/ You know what's happening on each channel

Statistics
Seven charts: publishing activity, Vinted sales vs. in-store sales, stock shipments, statuses, API calls, errors, and revenue.
Import and export
Configuration in JSON and data in CSV to take them to another store or save a copy.
Registration and queue in sight
Check what has been sent, what has failed and why, and resubmit what is pending.
Distinctive mark on the card
If you'd like, a badge on the product page can indicate that the item is also available on Vinted. You write the text, in each language.

/ Try it before you get access to Vinted Pro

The Vinted Pro Integrations API is activated on the account once Vinted grants it. Until then, the module brings a simulation modeA local emulator with the same responses as the real API (asynchronous validation, orders, tags, and signed webhooks). You can publish, simulate a sale, and see the stock decrease and the item be removed, without touching anything on Vinted. It also includes demo data that can be installed and removed with a single click.

What you need from me: A Vinted Pro account with access to Vinted Pro Integrations is required, which is granted by Vinted, not the module. Using your account token, you test the connection and register the webhook directly from the module. Vinted items are unique: "sync stock" means the item remains listed until your stock reaches the minimum you set.

/ What worries you

Buyer details
When reading Vinted orders, the module does not save the buyer's address.
Security
The keys and token are stored encrypted, the back-office forms have a token per employee, and the webhooks are validated with a signature and a 5-minute tolerance.
Multistore and languages
Store-specific settings. Interface in English and Spanish, with editable texts from International > Translations, and title and description templates by language.
When uninstalling
The module does not delete items from Vinted: first use "Remove all published listings" in Tools. Your data is retained unless you explicitly choose to delete it.
Order in the back-office
Nine tabs: Dashboard, Connection, Synchronization, Catalog & Mapping, Ads, Statistics, Themes, Tools, and Guide.

/ Designed for fashion and second-hand stores

Fashion, second-hand, vintage, footwear and accessories: stores that already sell on Vinted and want their PrestaShop catalog to be the single source, without spreadsheets or double sales.

Questions and answers

  • ¿Puedo probarlo mientras Vinted me da acceso?

    Equipo de Rekire

    0
