The person giving the gift leaves it until the last day, or forgets and buys it at another store. RKR Order Prep Calendar Let each customer save the dates of the people they are giving gifts to in "My Account"; days before, they receive an email with ideas from your catalog and a single-use coupon to buy from you.

/ The customer saves their dates, you sell in advance
In My account > My gifting occasions The customer adds the recipient's name, their relationship to the gift, the type of occasion, the day and month (the year is optional, useful when they don't want to reveal anyone's age), gift notes, and whether they want to receive a coupon. They can see the countdown for each date and edit or delete it at any time.
It's a natural way to get the customer to come back: you're not pushing a promotion on them, you're reminding them of something they care about.
/ An email with gift ideas, not a generic newsletter
For each date, the module prepares the email with gift ideas The reminders are drawn from three sources: the products and categories you choose for each occasion, the customer's purchase history, and your store's best-sellers. Advance notices are configured by occasion type (for example, 10 and 7 days in advance for birthdays), and you can send multiple reminders per date.
A scheduled task (cron) does everything automatically. If a date is saved when there's not much time left, the client receives a single email, not one for each advance notice, and the same date isn't mentioned twice.
/ Single-use coupon, tied to the customer
A real PrestaShop coupon as a reminder
Percentage discount, fixed amount discount, or free shipping, with a minimum purchase and code prefix. It's for single use only; valid only for that customer and the store from which it was sent.
Valid until the occasion
Its validity is calculated with respect to the date of the celebration, and you can change the coupon for each type of occasion (more discount at Christmas, less on a birthday).
The customer decides
If you don't want a coupon, select that option on your profile and you'll only receive the notification. If the email isn't sent, the coupon will be automatically deactivated.
/ A banner in your store, with your store's style
Customers who are logged in and have an upcoming event see a banner with their reminder ("Ana: Birthday in 5 days"), which they can close. You choose between 23 topics, You adjust colors, radii and typography, add your CSS and choose an animation effect from eight (pulse, zoom, vibration, glow, bounce, fade, swing or flash) or none.
/ Measure how much each reminder sells.
The module counts Opens, clicks, orders with the coupon, and attributed revenue. When someone makes a purchase using a reminder coupon, the order and its total are associated with that reminder. You can view this on a dashboard and in monthly statistics, including conversion funnel and coupon performance.
The graphics are original, without any external libraries or services. Clicks are routed through signed links that lead directly to your own store.
/ Optional AI assistant: you approve what gets published
If you want to save yourself the writing, connect your account to OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek or Perplexity (or an OpenAI-compatible service) and ask it for gift idea texts, email introductions, subject lines, and banner copy, by language and occasion. The resulting output becomes draftIt is not used until you approve it. It can rely on websites that you specify. Each provider's key is stored encrypted and is optional: the module works the same without AI.

Personal data
The dates are third-party data and the module takes this into account: it integrates with the official PrestaShop GDPR module (psgdpr) to export and delete customer data, deletes their dates if they delete their account, saves tracking IPs with hash, and cleans the record after the retention period you configure.
Multistore
Data, settings, and shipping are separated by store; links and coupons for each reminder are from your store.
Languages
The names and texts for each occasion are written in all the languages your store supports. The email comes in Spanish and English, and the interface is translated into Spanish; you can add the other languages under International > Translations. Each customer receives the email in their language.
Back-office
A single tab in REKIRE MODULES with control panel, settings, occasion types, saved dates, reminders, email, coupons, theme, statistics, AI assistant, import/export and an integrated guide.

¿Cómo guarda el cliente sus fechas de regalo?
0En Mi cuenta > Mis ocasiones de regalo añade a quién regala, su relación, el tipo de ocasión, el día y el mes (el año es opcional), unas notas y si quiere recibir cupón. Ve la cuenta atrás de cada fecha y puede editarla o borrarla cuando quiera. Vienen 9 ocasiones de serie (cumpleaños, aniversario, Día de la Madre y del Padre, San Valentín, Navidad, graduación, boda y santo), editables, y puedes crear las tuyas.
¿Qué recibe el cliente antes de cada fecha?
0Un correo con ideas de regalo sacadas de los productos y categorías que eliges para cada ocasión, de su historial de compras y de los más vendidos, con un cupón de un solo uso (porcentaje, importe fijo o envío gratis) válido hasta la ocasión. Las antelaciones se configuran por tipo de ocasión, y una misma fecha no se avisa dos veces. Si el cliente no quiere cupón, lo marca y recibe solo el aviso.
Las fechas son de otras personas, ¿cómo se tratan esos datos?
0El módulo se integra con el módulo oficial de RGPD de PrestaShop (psgdpr) para exportar y borrar los datos del cliente, borra sus fechas si elimina su cuenta, guarda con hash las IP de seguimiento y limpia el registro pasados los días de retención que configures.
¿Puedo saber cuánto vende cada recordatorio?
0Sí. El módulo cuenta aperturas, clics, pedidos con el cupón e ingresos atribuidos: cuando alguien compra con un cupón de recordatorio, el pedido y su importe se asocian a ese recordatorio. Lo ves en el panel de control y en estadísticas por meses con embudo de conversión, con gráficos propios sin servicios externos.
¿Necesito una clave de IA o un cron?
0La IA es opcional: si quieres, conectas tu cuenta de OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek o Perplexity (o un servicio compatible con OpenAI) para redactar ideas de regalo, asuntos y textos, que quedan como borrador hasta que los apruebas; sin IA el módulo funciona igual. El cron conviene programarlo una vez por hora con la URL con token del módulo; sin él, los envíos pueden dispararse con el tráfico de la tienda, pero es menos fiable.
