From June 19, 2026 , all online stores selling to European consumers are required to offer an integrated digital withdrawal function : visible, accessible throughout the legal period and as easy to use as the purchase process itself.

Attention: Failure to comply may result in penalties of up to 4% of annual turnover and automatic extension of the refund period to 12 months.

PrestaShop does not include any built-in mechanisms that meet these requirements. This module has been specifically developed by rekire to fill this legal gap and protect your business.

What the law requires and how the module addresses it

The directive expressly prohibits using email, phone calls, downloadable PDFs, or registration-required forms as the sole means of withdrawal. It mandates an integrated function within your interface, with specific legal labeling, double confirmation, and a durable receipt. This module provides precisely that functionality.

It is displayed directly in the customer area next to each eligible order, visible and accessible throughout the legal period.
✓ Double confirmation flow (article 11 bis):
Two-step process with a final "Confirm withdrawal" button to prevent accidental requests and meet the exact legal requirement.

Immediate email delivery with request content and exact timestamp (durable support).
✓ Guest order access:
It allows you to exercise your rights using your order reference and email, without the need for prior registration.
✓ Auditable log with IP address:

✓ Advanced management from the Admin panel:
