Frequently asked questions

What will I find in this section?
Everything we do for PrestaShop: our modules, blocks of technical support hours and supplier connectors. If what you need isn't here, we also do custom development: exclusive modules, connectors with your ERP or adaptations of what you already have.
How long have you been working with PrestaShop?
We have specialised in PrestaShop since 2010 and have supported stores from version 1.4 up to 9. We write, test and maintain the modules in this catalogue ourselves.
Which PrestaShop versions are your modules compatible with?
With PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9, depending on the module. The exact compatibility of each one is on its product page.
Is there a way to get all the modules?
Yes, the annual subscription to all modules: for one year you download every module we sell on rekire.com, with its updates and with any we release during that time. If you don't renew, whatever you have installed keeps working; you just stop getting updates and new releases.
What do I get if I buy a block of support hours?
Hours with no expiry or monthly minimum, priority on incidents over customers without a block, an estimate before we start and a report of the time spent on each task. On top of that, we refund the annual subscription fee, so you get all our modules for a year.
Do support hours expire?
No. They don't expire and there is no monthly minimum: you use them when you need them. And if a task is going to take longer than estimated, we tell you beforehand and you decide whether we continue.
My store is down. What should I do?
Call us on +34 982 048 282 or message us on WhatsApp: that's the fastest way. Critical incidents jump ahead of everything else, and although we are not a 24/7 service, we often work outside office hours and at weekends. For an emergency the 20-hour block is usually enough.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The ones shown during checkout, which may include card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit and bank transfer. Card payments are processed in the secure environments of Stripe, Redsys or PayPal, and Rekire never sees your full card details. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once we receive the money.
Do you issue invoices? Can I buy without VAT from another EU country?
We issue an invoice for every order, available electronically in your customer account. Businesses established in another EU member state with a valid intra-community VAT number in VIES can buy without VAT under the reverse charge rule, where applicable.
Who is behind Rekire?
